From Wed-Talk to Booth: Planning the Next Buyer Step
How should a Wedding MBA booth support a Wed-Talk or Exhibit Stage presentation?
Treat the Wed-Talk and booth as one continuous interaction. The presentation can introduce the idea, problem, product, or business case; the booth should then provide the proof, demonstration, specific answers, or longer conversation that could not fit into the short Stage session.
A Wed-Talk changes what happens next at the booth. The presentation may introduce the product, business problem, or key idea, but interested attendees may still want to see the product in more detail, watch a longer demonstration, or ask questions that do not fit into a short Stage session. That stage-to-booth handoff is one specific part of the broader Wedding MBA booth planning process.
If a live demonstration and a follow-up conversation need to run side by side, a 20x20 booth can give both activities enough room without forcing one to stop. Because Wedding MBA 2026 is held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, staffing and booth readiness also need to stay aligned with the show schedule while the presenter is away and when follow-up begins after the talk.

Booth Project Proof
Do not size the exhibit around a guessed post-talk crowd. The real question is whether normal booth activity can continue while additional demonstrations or longer conversations take place.
A 10x10 may be enough when the booth has one clear next step after the talk, such as a software walkthrough, sample review, or short consultation.
A 20x20 booth works when one visitor needs a longer demo while another staff member continues a separate business discussion.
A 10x20 booth gives a demonstration or product review more room without forcing a nearby conversation into the same working area.
If the real constraint is one presenter, one demo operator, or an unclear handoff, a larger booth will not solve the problem. Fix the operating plan before adding space.
A Wed-Talk does not need to carry the entire product story. What belongs on Stage and what belongs in the booth should be decided before the exhibit plan is finalized: the Stage can establish the problem, central idea, and takeaway, while the booth gives interested attendees more time for demonstrations, samples, comparisons, and specific questions.
The booth should extend the Stage content instead of replaying it.
Use recognizable wording, graphics, or product cues so attendees can quickly connect the booth with the topic or company they encountered on Stage.
Offer something the short presentation could not fully show: a longer workflow demo, physical sample, product comparison, live tool, or detailed example.
Keep specifications, options, workflows, examples, or other supporting information easy to reach when an attendee arrives with a focused question.
Samples, screens, demo accessories, literature, and giveaways should be easy to replenish as the booth shifts between normal traffic and post-talk follow-up.
Wedding MBA schedules Wed-Talks on three Exhibit Stages while Wed-Con Exhibits are open.
Wedding MBA runs November 17–19, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center South Building, with Wed-Con Exhibits on November 18–19.
The 2026 Wed-Talk program includes software, AI, flowers, insurance, venue tools, rental products, and other wedding-business topics.
Not Sure Which Booth Size You Need?
Not every exhibitor knows whether a 10x20, 20x20, 20x30, or larger booth is the right fit. Circle Exhibit can help review your event goals, product display needs, demo areas, meeting space, storage, budget scope, and setup timeline before you choose a booth size.
The Talk and Booth Can Tell Two Different Stories
Follow-Up Demand Is Hard to Predict

A Wed-Talk Alone Is Not a Reason to Build Custom
A Las Vegas trade show booth rental can provide branded walls, screens, counters, storage, and meeting furniture when the booth only needs flexible follow-up space.
Custom Matters When the Booth Performs Part of the Demo
Custom fabrication becomes more useful when technology, product mounting, unusual materials, or the physical structure itself changes how the demonstration works.
Customize Only the Stage-Specific Pieces
A modular base can carry the repeatable structure while specialized demo counters, product mounts, graphics, or AV elements are customized where the Stage program truly requires them.
The booth should already be operational before the presenter heads to the Exhibit Stage.
Staff should still be able to greet visitors, answer basic questions, and run the main product or screen demonstration.
Know who takes the first follow-up question, who handles detailed discussion, and when the returning presenter needs to join the conversation.
After a follow-up period, check demos, samples, screens, literature, and working surfaces so the booth is ready for regular exhibit traffic again.
Rental Booths for Wed-Talk Follow-Up
A modular rental works well when screens, demo counters, storage, and follow-up space need to stay flexible around the Wed-Talk program.
Does every Wedding MBA exhibitor need to plan around a Wed-Talk?
No. This page is mainly for exhibitors taking part in a Wed-Talk or another Exhibit Stage presentation.
Should the booth repeat the full Wed-Talk?
How should booth staffing change while someone is speaking?
How much follow-up capacity should the booth reserve after a Wed-Talk?
Should the booth be fully ready before the Wed-Talk begins?
