A4M Product Theater Booth Follow-Up Planning
How should A4M exhibitors connect Product Theater activity with the booth?
Treat the Product Theater presentation and the booth as one continuous conversation. Keep the main message easy to recognize, give returning visitors a clear place to go, and move them into the right next step—a focused demo, specific question, meeting, or lead follow-up—without repeating the full presentation.
The Product Theater session ends. Some attendees move on, while others want to see the product, ask a specific question, or speak with someone from the exhibiting team. Those visitors should not arrive at the booth and hear the same presentation again.
The booth needs to pick up where the Theater stopped. Keep the same core product cue easy to recognize, give returning visitors an obvious place to go, and have staff ready to move them into the next useful action—a focused demo, practitioner discussion, meeting, or recorded follow-up. That follow-up path should fit naturally into the overall A4M LongevityFest booth plan, including the footprint, meeting space, demo capacity, and staff coverage already planned for the exhibit.
At Venetian Expo, the Product Theater and exhibit booth share the same show-floor environment. Installation timing, staff access, graphics, demo readiness, and meeting space should therefore be coordinated before the session schedule and booth follow-up plan are finalized.

Booth Project Proof
After the Product Theater session, booth size matters most when several returning visitors need attention at the same time. The right footprint depends on how many conversations, demos, meetings, and staff handoffs need to run in parallel.
A 10x10 works when one staff member can receive returning visitors, answer short questions, and capture leads without several activities happening at once. A 10x10 booth is best when the follow-up path stays simple and focused.
A 20x20 becomes useful when several returning visitors need separate conversations while another person moves into a demo or meeting. A 20x20 booth gives those follow-up activities more room to run at the same time.
A 10x20 gives the team room to receive visitors at the front while one focused demo or practitioner discussion continues nearby. The added depth of a 10x20 booth helps keep those two activities from competing for the same space.
A 20x30 is better suited to programs where demos, technical discussions, meetings, and staff handoffs all need to continue without interrupting one another. A 20x30 booth provides enough room to keep those paths clearly separated.
Returning visitors should recognize the same product story, find the right person or product quickly, and move into a useful next step without starting over.
Carry the main product, problem, or solution cue from the Theater into the exhibit so visitors immediately know they are in the right place.
Use a visible product, screen, sign, counter, or staff position as the obvious place for Theater visitors to continue the conversation.
Returning visitors should quickly reach someone who can send them to a demo, technical answer, meeting, or simple follow-up.
Once a visitor needs more time, move the discussion away from the first contact point so other returning attendees can still enter the booth easily.
The current A4M floor plan includes a Product Theater within the exhibit environment, creating a clear opportunity to connect a scheduled presentation with the exhibitor’s booth.
The parent event runs December 10–13, with the core exhibition scheduled December 11–13 at The Venetian Expo and Convention Center.
Someone who has already watched a Product Theater presentation may not need another company introduction. The booth should help that visitor continue from what they already know.
Not Sure Which Booth Size You Need?
Not every exhibitor knows whether a 10x20, 20x20, 20x30, or larger booth is the right fit. Circle Exhibit can help review your event goals, product display needs, demo areas, meeting space, storage, budget scope, and setup timeline before you choose a booth size.

Rental for a Flexible Follow-Up Booth
When the booth mainly needs clear graphics, screens, reception, conversation space, and meeting furniture, a Las Vegas trade show booth rental can usually handle the follow-up without making the structure more complex than the visitor experience requires.
Custom Support for a More Integrated Experience
Custom work becomes more useful when the booth needs to extend the presentation visually or support specialized product displays that standard components cannot handle cleanly. It gives the exhibit more control when the follow-up experience depends on the structure itself.
Match the Build to What Happens After the Theater
Start with the number and type of follow-up activities the booth must support. A simple conversation and lead-capture path may suit rental, while several demos, technical discussions, meetings, or integrated displays can make custom work more relevant.
Have graphics, products, demos, meeting areas, storage, and lead tools ready before the scheduled presentation begins.
Maintain enough booth coverage to receive general visitors while part of the team is supporting the session.
Return the right staff to the exhibit, clear meeting space, reset demos, and make sure the product or message featured in the Theater is easy to find.
Make sure staff and lead tools capture what the visitor saw, what question brought them back, and what should happen next.
Use A4M LongevityFest booth planning for the parent strategy, A4M diagnostics and device demo planning when a returning visitor still needs a hands-on demonstration, graphics and brand presentation for message continuity, and 20x20 booth planning when several follow-up conversations need to happen at once.

Use venue planning when booth location, installation, graphics, freight, or show-site access affects the Theater-to-booth experience.
Use graphics planning when the same product or solution story needs to remain easy to recognize across presentation and booth touchpoints.
Useful when several returning visitors need conversations at the same time while another person moves into a demo or meeting.
