What should a booth rental quote include?

Your quote should list the booth structure, graphics, furniture, equipment, shipping, and installation it covers. Check whether material handling, electricity, rigging, and internet are included, billed separately, or still to be arranged.
Does booth rental include exhibition floor space?

Booth rental and exhibition space are separate purchases. Reserve your floor space with the show organizer, then confirm the exhibit structure and services needed for that space. Your space contract will identify anything the organizer already provides.
Why can two booths of the same size have different prices?

Materials, graphic coverage, screens, custom fixtures, freight, and installation requirements can all differ within the same footprint. Compare the included items and services before comparing the total price.

Can a rental booth be customized for our brand?

Yes. Graphics, counters, product displays, screens, storage, and meeting areas can be planned around your brand and booth footprint. The available options depend on the selected structure, open sides, and show rules.
Can we fit product demos and meeting space in the same booth?

Can we bring our own screens or demo equipment?

Send the equipment dimensions, weight, power requirements, and mounting details before the design is approved. We’ll review how it fits the booth and what connections or supports it needs before confirming its use.

Installation & Dismantling

Who handles installation and show-site services?

Circle Exhibit supports booth installation and dismantling within the agreed project scope. Electrical, rigging, internet, and other show services may involve designated providers. Before move-in, confirm who orders, performs, and pays for each service.
Do we need to be on site during installation?

Confirm attendance and handover arrangements before move-in. Even when installation is managed for you, someone from your company may need to approve the finished booth, position products, or test demonstrations before opening.
What should we check before the show opens?

Check graphics, lighting, displays, furniture, and storage access. Test screens, power, internet, and demonstrations under actual show-floor conditions. Report anything missing or not working to the agreed on-site contact before opening.

Shipping & Material Handling
View Shipping FAQs
Does booth shipping include material handling?

Shipping and material handling are separate services. Shipping takes freight to the designated warehouse or show site. Material handling covers receiving, movement to the booth, and related services such as empty-container storage. Check the scope and charges for both.
Should we ship to an advance warehouse or directly to the show?

An advance warehouse receives freight before move-in. Direct-to-show shipments arrive during the event’s designated receiving window. Choose the route around when your materials will be ready and the official schedule, then confirm the address and charges.
Who arranges return shipping after the show?

Your project agreement should identify who packs the materials, completes outbound paperwork, and books the return carrier. Confirm these responsibilities for both the rental booth and your own products before move-out.

When do we need to approve the layout and graphics?

Follow the approval dates in your project schedule. Layout decisions affect component preparation and service orders, while artwork needs final approval before printing. Changes after these deadlines may require rework, additional costs, or a revised schedule.
Can you help with a last-minute booth project?

Send your show date, move-in schedule, booth size, and available artwork as soon as possible. We’ll review what can be produced and delivered in the time available before confirming whether we can take on the project.
