The Chanllenges
SupplySide West is the premier gathering for health and nutrition professionals. As a leading ODM manufacturer, TCI needed a booth that projected stability, scientific rigor, and innovation. The challenge was to utilize the massive 40x40 space to communicate complex biological mechanisms (like the Gut-Brain Axis) without overwhelming visitors, while simultaneously providing private spaces for high-stakes B2B negotiations.
Design VS Reality
This project focused on vertical dominance. We constructed a series of towering structures clad in a premium gold finish to serve as both digital beacons and educational stations. The integration of massive, seamless LED screens into the structural columns required millwork precision to ensure a flush, high-end look. The result was a "temple of science" that stood out visibly from every aisle in the exhibition hall.
Digital Innovation Towers
Four central towers featured embedded high-definition LED screens, broadcasting TCI’s latest "AI-Venus" technology and manufacturing capabilities in real-time to attract foot traffic.
Educational Science Stations
The rear of the pillars served as backlit educational panels. Detailed anatomical illustrations of the "Gut-Immune Axis" demonstrated the scientific efficacy of TCI's products, turning the booth into a learning hub.
VIP Conference Suite
A large, fully enclosed block provided a sound-insulated environment for private meetings. This VIP suite was essential for closing deals with enterprise clients away from the show floor noise.
Open Networking & Hospitality
Surrounding the central towers, we arranged clusters of modern seating and a welcoming service counter. This open-concept hospitality zone invites attendees to sit, relax, and discuss potential collaborations in a low-pressure environment before moving to the private suite.

Q1: Why choose a 40x40 island booth for SSW?
A: A 40x40 space allows for "Architecture" rather than just "Furniture." It provides enough square footage to build significant structures (like the towers) that define the skyline of the show, signaling market leadership.
Q2: What is the benefit of enclosed meeting rooms?
A: For CDMO/ODM companies like TCI, the real business happens in private. An enclosed, air-conditioned meeting room allows for confidential discussions about formulas and pricing without competitors listening in.
Q3: How do LED walls impact booth traffic?
A: Motion attracts attention. In a sea of static banners, moving visuals on large LED screens act as a "scroll stopper" for walking attendees, increasing the likelihood of engagement.
Q4: Why use scientific diagrams on the walls?
A: It filters the audience. By displaying "Gut-Lung Axis" diagrams, the booth automatically attracts buyers looking for specific, science-backed solutions, improving lead quality.
