Booth Project Overview
The Inhabit OPTECH 2025 20×30 booth used multiple software demo pods, overhead category ribbons, a bright orange brand tower, and open meeting points to support high-traffic PropTech conversations. The layout helped visitors understand property management, leasing, screening, resident engagement, and operations tools while keeping demo flow readable from the aisle.

High-Traffic Demo Pods and Overhead Wayfinding
This 20×30 booth was planned for fast OPTECH traffic, where visitors often compare software platforms, ask specific workflow questions, and move between scheduled meetings. The booth used several demo pods instead of one central screen, giving staff multiple places to start product conversations at the same time.
The overhead circular sign and hanging category ribbons helped visitors understand the booth from a distance. The orange tower created a strong brand anchor, while the front-facing demo stations, tablet-style screens, and small seating points kept the space useful for both quick walkthroughs and longer buyer discussions.

Guided Demo Flow for Busy OPTECH Traffic
The booth layout separates visitor entry, software demos, and short conversations so traffic does not collect at one point. Demo pods face the aisle and give staff repeatable positions for product walkthroughs, while the open center keeps people moving between screens, seating, and branded touchpoints.
Overhead ribbons act like a visual map. Visitors can quickly identify leasing, risk management, resident engagement, accounting, and other service categories before choosing the right demo conversation.
Color-Coded Software Storytelling
The project uses bold orange Inhabit branding with blue, green, purple, and yellow category accents. This helps a complex PropTech platform feel easier to scan on a busy show floor.
Instead of relying only on one hero message, the graphics divide the product story across the booth: overhead wayfinding, tower messaging, screen content, demo pod labels, and side-panel category lists. That structure supports faster visitor understanding during high-volume OPTECH traffic.
Show-site Setup Notes
For a demo-heavy 20×30 booth at OPTECH, show-site setup needs early attention to screen placement, power routing, hanging elements, demo station spacing, and crate sequencing. The overhead circular sign, ribbon system, illuminated tower, and multiple screens should be packed and installed in a clear order so the booth can be checked before opening traffic arrives.
Because this project depends on AV, lighting, and repeatable demo stations, the setup plan should protect cable paths, screen sightlines, and staff access behind each pod.
