Our client, Inhabit, wanted to promote their "Rise & Shine" series—a concept focused on fresh ideas and morning energy. They didn't need a traditional sales floor; they needed a stage.
Here is how Circle Exhibit turned a standard 20x20 island booth into the most inviting "living room" on the expo floor.
The Challenge: Merging Education with Branding
The client had a unique request: The booth needed to serve as a venue for their "Vacation Breakfast Series."
Goal: Host scheduled "tips and tricks" sessions throughout the day.
Complexity: Display multiple sub-brands (Streamline, RentalGuardian, Bluetent, etc.) without looking cluttered.
Vibe: It needed to feel like a sunny morning, not a corporate office.
The Solution: The "Sunrise Theater" Concept
We ditched the traditional counters and walls for an open, high-visibility design.
1. The Iconic "Sunrise Arch"
The focal point of the booth was a massive, semi-circular back wall.
Design: Designed to mimic a rising sun, the vibrant orange and yellow gradient drew eyes instantly from across the hall.
Function: It served as the perfect backdrop for the presentation screen, framing the speaker and the content. By curving the structure, we created a natural "stage" area that felt distinct yet welcoming.

2. A "Park-Like" Atmosphere
To reinforce the vacation theme, we replaced standard grey carpet with lush green turf flooring. Paired with modern white lounge seating and high stools, the space felt like an outdoor patio. This strategic use of color psychology signaled to attendees: "Relax here. Sit down. Learn something."
3. Content-First Layout
Instead of static posters, the heart of the booth was a digital schedule. The prominent screen displayed the "Tips and Tricks Schedule," turning the booth into a destination. Attendees knew exactly when to return for sessions on "Revenue Management" or "Homeowner Acquisition."

Why This Design Worked
This project is a perfect example of Experiential Design. By focusing on education rather than just selling, Rise & Shine increased dwell time significantly. Visitors didn't just walk by; they sat down, listened to the presentations, and engaged with the team in a comfortable, low-pressure environment.
